Founded in September 2011, the Research Center for Market and Government (RCMG) is a research institute devoted to in-depth studies that lead to pragmatic and innovative ideas on public policy issues facing Korean economy and society. We conduct empirical research to improve economic opportunity by eliminating of excessive concentration of economic power, and to achieve the evolution of industrial structure, technology innovation, and sustainable economic growth.

RCMG has produced insightful reports on emerging and current economic issues each year, and conducted seminars and conferences to share academic findings and ideas for formulating better policies.
